Public Access

Whether it’s hiking, camping, fishing or birding, there is something for everyone.

Some of our preserves are easily accessed by road, and some are more challenging and may require canoeing or kayaking.

Contact us for trail maps, photos, use regulations and more information.

DSF has several areas for tent camping and we have 3 rustic and beautiful camps that are available for use by the general public.

In order to ensure your safety, we ask that you fill out a Booking Form with us.  We will then be able to confirm your reservation, and send you all the details including use regulations and maps.

DSF is actively working to expand our land conservation holdings to ensure habitat continuity.

Purchase and Conservation Easements

We work with land owners who wish to preserve valuable areas of their property, and often don't know that there are ways to do that for the long-term benefit of their communities and the environment.  Contact us for more information.
