40th Anniversary Photo Competition

In honor of Downeast Salmon Federation's 40th year in operation, we are holding a community photo competition. The competition is running from April 1st to August 1st, so you have 4 months to submit a winning photo to haley@mainesalmonrivers.org

The competition is open to all community members, and will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in 4 categories: Best Action Shot, Best Wild Fish (or Wildlife) Photo, Best Downeast Aquascape, and Best Underwater/Overland Shot.

First Prize winners get a weekend stay at one of our updated camps, exclusive DSF merchandise, and gift certificate to the new local Machias restaurant Bad Little Brewery.

So send us your favorite Downeast photos with "Photo Competition" in your email subject line and a little story about where and when the shot was taken.

Winners will be announced at the Machias Blueberry Festival!
