Little Narraguagus Preserve

Description and Access

The 72-acre Little Narraguagus Preserve is located in Unorganized Township #22 on the north side of Route 9 near the intersection with Route 193 and close to the Airline Snackbar.

The preserve consists mostly of wetlands along with forest and a small organic blueberry field, and it is bounded to the north by the Little Narraguagus River.

There is a DSF preserve sign at the entrance on Route 9, parking for a few vehicles and an information kiosk. The blueberry field is leased to a local farmer, and visitors should not pick berries or forage from this area of the preserve. No amenities or facilities are available, and visitors should practice the “Pack-It-In, Pack-It-Out” policy while visiting this preserve.
