Old Stream Intervale Preserve

Description and Access

The 1.9-acre Old Stream Preserve is located along the eastern side of Old Stream across from the confluence with Trout Brook in Day Block Township (T31) near Wesley, Maine.

This preserve is an “intervale”, meaning that it is a low-lying tract of land along a river, and the preserve is only accessible by canoe or kayak from Old Stream.

There are no signs, amenities or facilities at this site, and visitors should practice the “Pack-It-In, Pack-It-Out” policy while visiting this preserve.
