The campsite can be accessed by following the driving directions to the preserve and hiking the short loop trail to the site. Visitors to the camp and preserve should follow the “Pack-it-in, Pack-it-out” policy.

Visitors can access the preserve from Route 193 by driving to the Beddington-Deblois town line and turning east on the gravel road for 0.6 miles. The access road will go through the forest briefly, then it runs along the preserve’s southern boundary until reaching the parking area and kiosk. There is parking for several vehicles, and the loop trail and access to the primitive campsite are from this location.
