In addition to the Wigwams “Godfrey” Camp, which is available by reservation and donation, there is a primitive tent campsite along the portage road near the river that is available on a first-come-first-served basis. The primitive campsite has a picnic table and fire ring, along with an outhouse shared by the Wigwams “Godfrey” Camp.

Visitors should follow the “Pack-It-In, Pack-It-Out” policy while visiting this preserve. Visitors and hikers are encouraged to enjoy the DSF-owned preserve lands, but people desiring access to privately-owned easement properties must contact the landowners and obtain prior permission.
